Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Joulescope store, which is operated by Jetperch LLC.

Joulescope and accessories ship worldwide from Maryland, USA.

We ship your order as soon as possible, but this is not always the same day as you place your order.  Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday through Friday, and we observe standard US Holidays.  Orders placed before 3pm EDT (UTC-4) usually ship the same day, but please allow up to 3 days for order processing.  Orders placed after 3pm EDT Friday or over the weekend will not ship until Monday.  Shipping times are calculated once the order has shipped.

Joulescopes and all items ordered from this store ship worldwide from Maryland, USA.  We ship to all 50 states and most countries.  Shipping times and rates depend upon the destination, selected carrier, and selected service.  We ship using both UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service), and you can select the carrier and service during checkout.  Our fastest delivery options are overnight within the continental USA, and 2 to 3 days for international.  

Our store will list all shipping options, costs, and estimated shipping times for your order during checkout.  Shipping times are estimates provided directly by the carrier, and shipping delays can occasionally occur.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.  Please take a picture of the damaged order, save all packing materials and save the damaged goods.

If you want to ship to a PO Box, select USPS service.

 

International Shipping

All prices are in US dollars.

All import duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Actual costs will vary depending upon your destination country.  Packing slips for international shipments will be correctly marked, and we cannot accommodate marking shipments as a "gift" or with altered prices.

Your destination country's customs office may hold the shipment and contact you for additional information or payment.  Estimated shipping times do not include any customs processing delays.

We ship to over 200 countries.  Excluded countries include North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Sudan, Cuba, and Venezuela.

Payment Methods

This store accepts a variety of payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. 

If your company requires the Quote / Purchase Order / Invoice process, please contact us at sales@jetperch.com.  Please allow at least 5 business days to generate a quote and approve purchasing terms on your first order.  Please allow 3 business days to process a purchase order.

Additional Information

Jetperch LLC reserves the right to hold any order for a security review or fraud review.  If your order is affected, you will be notified within 3 business days.  We may ask you for additional information, and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
